If we don’t keep those blacks on the plantation, we’re finished.

If you play the politics of colour, a hopelessly biased media has only one slant on it, and that is supposed to be the only approved one as well. If you aren’t white, you have to vote left-wing to escape your victimhood, otherwise you’re Uncle Tomming, and if you’re white and haven’t been guilt tripped into going in that same direction, it’s because you’re some sort of covert racist neo-Nazi. Pretty much, that’s been the media pressure on both black and white people in the last several decades, when the left has been in the ascendant and their auxiliaries in the MSM have been shaping the only desirable self images for the young, the impressionable and blacks in America.

The real tragedy over those two decades was that if you were black, nothing actually changed over those two decades. In essence, people whose ass wasn’t white voted for those self-evidently desirable sentiments, but fuck all was ever delivered. They were turkeys voting for Christmas. The white liberals never realised that the hard but necessary measures to wean a black underclass off the decades long opiate of welfare breadcrumbs delivered by a cynically benevolent state was never going to happen, because keeping them exactly where they were on the breadline would ensure their vote in perpetuity.

Not only didn’t things stay the same, they actually went progressively backwards, even under an outrageously adored black president whose ego knew no bounds, but was pretty much useless for the brothas, the sistas, and America in general, and who always had one on his bank account while the other one was firmly fixed on his narcissist towering legacy. Him and his “forever first lady” were the pinnacle of the house nigga cult of personality, and the deep state got everything it wanted out of using them before sucking them dry and then spitting them out contemptuously to do their multi million dollar book deals and the extremely well paid ego massages of the speaking circuit.

If you were black, nothing much had changed except for a deliberately stoked up vicious internecine race war that threatened to rip the heart out of America, and most bizarrely, it was being fought by white liberals on anybody white who raised a doubt about the wonderful non-direction things were going in, while apart from a few extremist organisations like BLM, most blacks looked on and scratched their head in bewilderment. What the fuck has any of this got to do with me? How does it help me?

Under Obama’s watch, black unemployment soared, black poverty soared, black on black murder hit 90% and ordinary black parents tried to shield their children from abysmal black role models presented by the Hollywood media who were either gangstas, drug dealers or just plain victims of white supremacy, giving their children an oh so easy excuse for failure for the rest of their lives. That’s a tough row to hoe I wouldn’t want as a parent, and my heart went out to them.

There’s one of those smart sayings that the definition of insanity is doing exactly the same thing over and over, and hoping for a different outcome each time, but every election, that’s been the tragedy of the American negro for the last seventy years or more, and I do mean the tragedy. They’ve done nothing but vote for the party whose voting track record has always been to keep them on the plantation, and be damn grateful to the Massa for doing so.

Ask any left-winger if Abraham Lincoln was a republican or democrat, and every time they’ll answer a democrat, outraged at the stupidity of the question. Of course, the reverse is true. At one time in America, there was a Democratic Republican party that split in two. The issue that caused the schism was slavery, with the Democrats for it and the Republicans against it. Lincoln went with the Republicans, although even within his own party, he had to be carefully politic about his abolitionist sympathies.

That parting of the ways has rolled down the years for nearly two centuries, but it would be a mistake to believe it was purely over slavery. The deeper issue was whether you inclined to the America of John Adams who wanted a strong central government which took care of all your needs, or the one of Thomas Jefferson that government should be minimal and interfere with your life as little as possible, and just let you get on with it. Trump is by instinct very much in the Jefferson mould.

The Democrat party has always been the party of slavery, while the Republican party has remained true to its founding principles and resolutely fought it. If you care to look up the Congressional numbers, every time emancipation of race and slavery came up, the Democrats voted against it and the Republicans voted for it. Every time; the freeing of slaves, allowing blacks a vote and right up to the 60s where the civil rights legislation was passed by a the Democratic administration of LBJ only because every Republican in Congress voted for it and a few Democrats, unlike all the rest, decided not to vote against it.

The ever articulate black vblogger Candace Owens said words to the effect, I supported the Dems until I learned to think with my head rather than the colour of my skin. For different reasons, she’s not the first one in having gone on that political journey which the ever quotable Winston Churchill appears to have gone on himself and expressed with a bitter-sweet but nostalgic saying – If you’re young and are not left-wing, you don’t have a heart. If you’re older and are not right-wing, you don’t have a head.

There’s a wave building in the new generation of the black community which increasingly rejects the permanent state of victimhood it’s traditionally been presented with. It’s being led by spokesmen like Owen, Kanye West, Diamond and Silk, Brandon Tatum, Terrence Williams and others. The establishment blacks who’re already on the gravy train just want it to pull out of the station before any other blacks can jump on it – there’s only so many seats on it allocated to tokenism, and there’s always the fear of the black underclass becoming really emancipated, but therein is the problem.

Trump has changed the political environment irreversibly. It’ll never go back to as it was before he stepped on the stage.

The new black awareness arises out of some stark realisations that have been a long time coming. It rejects their habitual acceptance of oppression by both the house niggas and the supposed liberals, neither of whom have their best intentions in mind – just their vote. When that vote was safely in place, it was bouncing back to Congress for another four years with a big monied ear-to-ear grin plastered right across their face that said done it again. Once there, all they had to do was make a few comforting noises and throw a few breadcrumbs as they all cashed in big time on their career in Swampland.

I truly admire the courage of this new and more positive leadership of black America, but genuinely fear for them as I did for those marchers on Birmingham Alabama in the bad old days, especially as I know the viciousness of the forces that are going to come after them, both politically and personally. That fight they’re now engaged in will make the civil rights struggle look like a cakewalk. As the bible says, every man’s hand will be against you. The black establishment, the news media, the entertainment industry and perhaps most painfully of all, your own family and friends. In the beginning, which is where you are now, it will be a road less well-travelled and a very lonely one.

Just as America was ready for someone like Trump whose essential message was we don’t have to keep doing the same useless things over and over and keep on going nowhere, things can change, this emerging generation of black America is sending out exactly that same message, things can change, and you do have some things on your side in your struggle.

The big one is that Trump has changed the political environment. It’ll never go back to as it was before he stepped on the stage, and I see exactly the same thing with black voters leaving the DNC plantation – there’s no going back. Politics, the media and Hollywood are going to have to adapt to that new America. All of 2017, they refused to adapt, and the results have been financially disastrous for them, and continue to be so.

I think you’ll also find their fervently held politics will prove to be quite malleable in the face of a continual financial blood-letting for offering a product whose flavour people by now actively dislike, and it’s for that reason the Dems will lose gradually their propaganda arm. After all, we’re mostly talking about the harlots of integrity; posturing macho men who all know their hat and glove sizes, if you get my meaning. Principles are good, but career and money trumps them every time.

There is no hope for the current geriatric leadership of the Democrat party; they neither get it, nor can they change, and worst of all, they won’t move aside for the younger Democrat congressmen who do actually get it. Progress for the party back to some sort of reality will only begin with the funerals of most of their elder statesmen, a term I once heard defined as someone who’d become politically irrelevant decades ago.

The party will eventually pull out of the nosedive it’s currently in, but by that time it’ll have two difficult problems to crack. Firstly, Trump’s management of the economy has turned it around spectacularly, and black unemployment is lower than it’s ever been since the statistics were first recorded. The message to the average black working person over a number of years will have been conservatism delivered for us in a few years in a way the left -wing didn’t for decades.

The second problem will be much harder. They’ll have to find a new sales pitch to a black electorate who’ll not only have escaped the plantation, but by then will have no time for the old victimhood bollocks and the politics of identity that not only failed them so badly, but also plunged them into a race war without even bothering to ask their consent.

By that stage, Trumps re-engineering of America, which believe you me was always his true intent, will be complete and for a change, blacks will be in there and finally chasing the American dream just as hard as everyone else, and not only for themselves but their children. Promising them bright baubles tomorrow, which they’ll already have earned for themselves today, just won’t work and what’s worse, they’ll perceive you as a threat to the newly won prosperity they’ll have worked so hard to achieve.

If you agree with that admittedly long-range assessment of where America and the position of blacks in it will be in a decade or so, there’s only one strategy left for the Dems, and that’s to finally start taking to and treating blacks in America as Americans, not as helpless victims who have to be looked after, but just Americans.
